Venetian beads are intended to dazzle the eye and are often lavishly decorated - making them unlike any other beads in the world. Each bead we offer is handmade using vibrant colors that glimmer beneath 24kt gold or .999 silver foil, while others have gold leaf applied directly to the surface. There are also beads with aventurine, a special glass paste composed with copper flakes, or plain glass beads enhanced with a trail of molten glass in a second color dribbled across its surface. It is almost impossible to describe all the different types of Venetian beads, but one thing is for sure, Venetian beads are truly spectacular! |
