| Ordering and Shipping Information |
| Minimum Orders: In order to provide our wholesale customers maximum response and support levels, there is a $100 wholesale order minimum - excluding shipping. Any wholesale orders not meeting the minimum will be charged retail prices. There is a $50 minimum for retail orders - excluding shipping. Retail orders not meeting this level will be charged a $10 small order handling fee. |
| Sales Tax: State sales tax of 6.75% will be collected for retail customer shipments within the State of Illinois only. |
| Shipments: Orders are usually shipped within 3 to 5 business days after receipt of your order. Please allow additional order processing time during trade shows and on custom work requests. All orders are checked twice for accuracy and quality to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please note, Venetian beads are handmade and in high demand, so occasionally shortages do occur. |
| Shipments within the United States will be sent UPS ground unless otherwise requested as UPS 2nd Day or Next Day Air. International shipments will be sent USPS Priority mail. Any import fees, duties or taxes associated with an international shipment are the responsibility of the customer. All shipments from Bella Venetian Beads will be insured. |
| Payment Options: All orders must be prepaid unless otherwise specified by Bella Venetian Beads, Inc. We accept either MasterCard, VISA or Discover cards. No COD's will be accepted. |
| Claims: All claims related to shipping must be reported within three days of receipt of the shipment. If the shipment is suspected to be lost or damaged during shipping, a claim should be filed immediately with the carrier for insurance coverage. |
| Retail Return Policy: With prior authorization, returns must be made within 7 days of the date of receipt and in the same condition as sold. A 15% restocking fee will apply and there are no refunds on shipping or insurance fees. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the sender and all return shipments must be insured. |
| Wholesale Return Policy: It is our policy that all loose beads sold to wholesale accounts are non-returnable. This will help us maintain the lowest wholesale pricing possible. |
| Backorders: At this time, we are unable to back order items out of stock. We appreciate your understanding. |
